| Further Govt. of India approved to implement of this scheme in two Districts i.e. Jalandhar and Hoshiarpur for the year 2005-06. | |
| Eligibility: | |
| Under this scheme, mal-nourished Adolescent girls between the age group of 11 to 19 years weighing less than 35 kgs. | |
| Benefit | |
| 6 kgs of food grains are provided consecutively for three months. | |
| Procedure | |
| The food grains are to be distributed through the Public Distribution System (PDS). | |
